Office admin/receptionist
We’re looking for a dynamic Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our energetic and vibrant agency based in central Bournemouth

The ideal person will have a warm and welcoming ‘can do’ attitude, be highly organised, able to multi-task and manage a busy workload, along with previous experience in an administration role.
Professional versatility is a must with this role, the ability to think on your feet, solve problems on the fly and also be confident enough to ask for support if anything is unclear.
Skills and experience
- - Ability to prioritise own workload
- - Methodical in your approach to all aspects of work
- - Efficient and keen to achieve continuous quality and improvement
- - Experience of working in a busy office or agency
- - Good general education and great Microsoft Office knowledge
- - Able to work well within a team but also have the initiative to work alone
Main duties
- - Answering telephone enquiries & taking messages
- - Scanning documents and filing
- - Maintaining and ordering stationery
- - Ordering office refreshments on a weekly basis
- - Welcoming clients/be first point of contact for visitors
- - Organising and maintaining meeting rooms
- - Preparation for office meetings (breakfast, lunch or refreshments)
- - Compiling votes for employee of the month
- - Booking travel and accommodation for staff
- - Proof reading documents
- - Organise gifts and/or cards for staff anniversaries and birthdays
Salary will be dependent on experience.
