Account MANAGER

As an Account Executive you will be responsible for maintaining our high levels of satisfaction from our existing client base, supporting these clients in the achievement of their online objectives and being a crucial part of the team in continuing to move the organisation forward and deliver solutions that improve the services, reputation and profit of our existing and future clients.

You’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of project work ensuring that everything is delivered on time and within budget to the high polished standard we are renowned for.   Working as part of a cohesive team you will work closely with the whole team and also provide support to the Directors and Project Managers.

You’ll need to be unflappable and able to interpret your client requests and then with support from the whole team ensure that we achieve successful delivery of project work both on time, to budget and to the required exceptional standard.

You will need to be an adaptable, innovative and committed Account Manager who can demonstrate;

•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•    Management of the day-to-day client activities to the high standard expected from clients.

•    Accountable for high quality project delivery to agreed deadlines.

•    To be up-to-date on trends and platforms, and equipped with creativity and innovative ideas.

•    Ambitious, fun, adaptable, confident and self-motivated.

•    Can show tact, diplomacy, maturity in relating and interacting with people at all levels.

•    Financial management of your client accounts, updating company revenue forecast sheet, and preparing cost estimates for client approval

•    Ability to feed into and manage creative and technical delivery on specific client projects

•    Account planning for future initiatives (research, insight, analytics), client development to grow revenue where possible.

•    Keep abreast of digital industry developments, launches and client industry competitor activity to keep yourself and client informed of latest trends and developments.
